Celebrating Super Eagles Victory with....

It couldn't have been better than this celebrating a hard earned victory of Nigerian national team the Super Eagles over the highly rated Elephants of Cote D'Ivoire. It was a kind of David and Goliath thing and we are celebrating today with Bush Meat and Plantain sauce a special delicacy popular with the Efik and Ibibio speaking people of Akwa Ibom and Cross River States of Nigeria. A bottle of very chilled beer goes well with this.
